Information You Provide: When you make a product purchase you will be asked to provide your name, billing address, shipping address, phone number(s), email address, password, contact preferences and credit/debit card or bank information (hereinafter collectively called “Personally Identifiable Information” or “PII”).  We use your PII to process your order, to respond to you, to customize and continually improve your shopping experience on the Site and to otherwise communicate with you.  Company will not knowingly provide your PII to third parties except as noted in this Privacy Policy.  For service purposes we may also ask for product serial numbers, registration information, date of purchase and information related to the product.  Occasionally, we may also ask you to participate in an on-line survey or to provide additional optional information for market research purposes, such as your occupation, gender, age range, other products you use, etc. so we can gain a better understanding of our customers and thus provide more valuable products and services.  We may also use your PII and/or any other information you have provided for internal auditing, research, and analysis to improve the Site and our operations.  Company also collects the information supplied by the sender of the "contact us" form in order to establish and maintain relationships with customers and potential customers.
